Public bug reported:
python-sqlite-migrate was removed from Debian. Please also remove it
from stonking to allow sqlite-utils to migrate out of stonking-proposed.
This means we also need to remove llm which would need a new upload with
that dependency removed.
llm-anthropic could be removed also. After llm is removed, llm-anthropic
can be synced from Debian and just wait in -proposed until llm is
available again.
