Same oops on 6.8.0-142.142-generic, so this was not fixed after 139.

Hardware: MSI MPG X670E CARBON WIFI (MS-7D70), BIOS 1.J3, onboard
MediaTek MT7922, USB ID 0e8d:0616. Different vendor ID from the ASUS
13d3:3563 in this report, same crash.

NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000219 in __pm_runtime_resume,
called from btmtk_usb_hci_wmt_sync + btmtk_setup_firmware_79xx +
btusb_mtk_setup, on the hci0 hci_power_on workqueue. hci0 left DOWN INIT
with BD address 00:00:00:00:00:00. bluetoothctl reports no default
controller. Wi-Fi on the same chip (mt7921e) is unaffected.

Tested kernels on this machine:
  6.8.0-137: Bluetooth works
  6.8.0-139: oops, no controller
  6.8.0-142: oops, no controller

Reloading btusb, restarting bluetooth.service, rfkill, USB re-
enumeration, and a full PSU power drain do not clear it. Only booting
137 does.
