## Summary
Set CONFIG_KEXEC_HANDOVER_ENABLE_DEFAULT=n for NVIDIA arm64 kernels.
KHO remains available through `kho=on`; the amd64 default is unchanged.
## Rationale
The enabled default came from a routine configuration import after rebasing
onto a newer upstream kernel. There was no specific use case or request for
enabling KHO by default. We will reconsider the default if a concrete use
case arises.

## Validation
- Built the linux-nvidia and linux-nvidia-bos arm64 kernels.
- Booted both 64K kernels. Each has KHO compiled in but off by default, no
`kho=` override, and no KHO debugfs directory.
- Built the linux-nvidia amd64 kernel image and modules successfully; its
KHO default remains enabled.
