Public bug reported:

Please sync golang-github-google-go-github 60.0.0-3 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main).

Reason: the current stonking version 60.0.0-2 fails to build with Go 1.27
(now the default via the golang-defaults 1.27 transition, LP: #2164597). The
-1 -> -2 change in Ubuntu was only the removal of a redundant Priority field
in debian/control; there is no debian/patches/ and no Go 1.27 handling, so
the encoding/json changes in Go 1.27 break the test suite
(TestNewRequest_invalidJSON; unmarshal field-path error strings in
repos_hooks_deliveries_test.go / security_advisories_test.go).

Debian has already fixed this in 60.0.0-3. Ubuntu 60.0.0-2 carries no Ubuntu
delta over Debian, so a straight sync is the correct fix.

Changelog entries since the current stonking version (60.0.0-2):

golang-github-google-go-github (60.0.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * debian: switch to standard Salsa CI pipeline
  * debian/patches: Add patch to fix test failures with Go 1.27
    (Closes: #1146199)
  * debian/watch: Upgrade to format version 5
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.4

The Debian Go 1.27 fix matches the delta I independently verified GREEN under
Go 1.27 in ppa:levihackerman-102/1.27-transition. This sync is part of the
Go 1.27 transition tracked in LP: #2164597 (FFe already granted).

** Affects: golang-github-google-go-github (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
