Public bug reported:

During normal usage with KDE Plasma Wayland, the screen will sometimes
random freeze and won't recover. This isn't predictable or reproducible
in any way that I've found so far.

`journalctl -b-1` shows the following at the time of the crash:

kernel: xe 0000:00:02.0: [drm] Tile0: GT0: Engine reset: engine_class=rcs,
logical_mask: 0x1, guc_id=5, state=0x3
kernel: xe 0000:00:02.0: [drm] Tile0: GT0: Timedout job: seqno=113293,
lrc_seqno=113293, guc_id=5, flags=0x0 in kwin_wayland [7298]

I cannot switch VTs or do anything at this point. The only way to
recover it is a hard reset.

I'm using iGPU on an Intel Core Ultra 7 366H.
