Wow, there are so many different issues in this bug already.. I'm
closing it as invalid.
Please make sure, that you are using the -generic kernel (and not -rt or
-386, because there are no modules for these flavours yet).
Then, look at "dmesg | tail" to get the reason why "sudo modprobe
vboxdrv" may have failed.
If you still have problems, please report a new bug (if there's not
already one with your exact issue).
Please also note, that virtualbox-ose is (still) broken/not working in
Ubuntu Hardy. You may want to use the PUEL version from virtualbox.org.
