Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

On AMD/Xilinx VCK190 boards running Ubuntu, flash-kernel refuses to
install the kernel FIT image and boot script, so kernel updates never
reach the boot partition.

The db/all.db entry for "Xilinx Versal vck190*" only accepts the xilinx-
zynqmp kernel flavor. On noble and later, the linux-xilinx-zynqmp meta
package pulls the plain "xilinx" flavor (e.g. 6.8.0-1036-xilinx), so
flash-kernel skips it ("Kernel ... does not match any of the expected
flavors").

The fix accepts both flavors ("Kernel-Flavors: xilinx xilinx-zynqmp"),
matching the Kria (ZynqMP *K26* etc.) entries.

[ Test Plan ]

On a VCK190 with the xilinx flavor kernel installed:
1. Install the updated flash-kernel.
2. Run "sudo flash-kernel".
3. Check /boot/firmware/image.fit and /boot/firmware/boot.scr.uimg are
regenerated for the running kernel.
4. Reboot and confirm the board boots the new kernel.

Verified with the VCK190 noble server image from xlnx-image-definitions
(boot to login on hardware with an equivalent /etc/flash-kernel/db
override).

[ Where problems could occur ]

The change only widens the flavor match for machines matching "Xilinx
Versal vck190*". Other boards are unaffected. On VCK190, systems already
using xilinx-zynqmp keep working; systems on the xilinx flavor now get
their FIT image installed on kernel updates, where they did not before.

[ Other Info ]

Also needed for resolute and noble.
