Public bug reported: fortran-jonquil 0.3.2-1 fails to build from source in stonking.
Regressing architectures (0.3.0-3 built there, 0.3.2-1 fails): amd64, amd64v3, arm64. (armhf, ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x are in Dependency wait on libfortran-testdrive-dev and libfortran-toml-dev. That wait was already there with 0.3.0-3, so it is not a regression.) Only fpm >= 0.13 accepts this key. Ubuntu stonking still has fortran-fpm 0.12.0-5ubuntu1, while Debian unstable/testing builds with fortran-fpm 0.13.0-6. The Build-Depends on fortran-fpm has no minimum version, so the mismatch is not caught. Suggested fix: merge fortran-fpm 0.13.0-6 from Debian, then rebuild fortran-jonquil. jonquil itself needs no source change. Debian could also add a versioned Build-Depends: fortran-fpm (>= 0.13). Dropping libs.patch in an Ubuntu delta would work too, but it changes which libraries the package ships.
