Public bug reported:
Debian removed libmsv from testing on 2026-01-10
(https://release.debian.org/britney/hints/auto-removals; bugs:
https://bugs.debian.org/1122434).
See https://tracker.debian.org/news/1706252/libmsv-removed-from-testing/
It is still in Debian unstable (1.1.1-4.1, no fix yet), so this may be
temporary.
Debian #1122434 is "libmsv: FTBFS: install: cannot stat 'html/*.png': No such
file or directory" (serious). Ubuntu hits the same failure: the no-change
rebuild 1.1.1-4.1build1 fails to build on amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x. debian/rules:59 installs html/*.png, but
Doxygen 1.15.0 no longer generates PNG files. The package has been stuck in
stonking-proposed for 235 days.
Please delete libmsv from the stonking release pocket (the candidate
1.1.1-4.1build1 stays in -proposed and can migrate again once Debian
fixes it), mirroring the testing removal.
Reverse dependencies in stonking:
$ reverse-depends -r stonking src:libmsv
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r stonking -b src:libmsv
