The terminal log shows dpkg prompting about
/etc/java-11-openjdk/security/default.policy and then failing with “end
of file on stdin at conffile prompt”, leaving openjdk-11-jre-headless
unconfigured.
Investigation should determine why this conffile conflict was not
detected or handled before the unattended installation reached an
interactive prompt.
