Getting this message since upgrade to 26.04.1 from 24.04

When I try booting to 7.0.0-34 kernel panic screen appears.
[code]KERNEL PANIC! Please reboot you computer. 
UFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown0block(0,0 [/code]

Technical details report brings me to this portal.
 
Problem actually started while on 24.04 and could not upgrade past 6.8.0-45

Package failed to install:

Error while installing package: old linux-headers-7.0.0-34-generic
