Public bug reported:
When installing mariadb-server-compat, it is expected that the same
general set of binaries/symlinks should be installed to match mysql-
server. this includes /usr/bin/mysql*, /usr/bin/perror,
/usr/bin/my_print_defaults, etc.
Add a runtime dependency on mariadb-client-compat to include these.
