Hi Renan, we see this problem on different systems with different configuration. It is not showing periodically or irregularly. We assume that it happens under higher load, leading to slower reaction times of snmpd. Maybe you can use a stress test to get the machine under load or simulate sluggish behaviour through "kill -STOP snmpd" and "kill -CONT snmpd". It's not easy to reproduce. Hope this helps.
