Public bug reported:
On a Dell XPS 13 9340 with Ubuntu 26.04.1 (kernel 7.0.0-38-generic,
libcamera 0.7.0), the built-in OV02C10 camera works via
libcamera/PipeWire, but the image is rotated by 180°. cam -p reports
Rotation = 0.
The sensor is mounted upside down and the firmware does not report the
rotation. Upstream fixed this with the patch "media: ipu-bridge: Add
upside-down sensor DMI quirk for Dell XPS 13 9340 and XPS 14 9440" by
Hans de Goede (posted 2026-02-25, Cc: stable, Fixes: d5ebe3f7d13d, Red
Hat bug 2440581).
Please backport this quirk to the Ubuntu 26.04 kernel.
