The upgrade from MySQL 8.0 to 8.4 when upgrading from Ubuntu 24.04 to
26.04 is intentional, and updating tables using floats/doubles with auto
increment should be done prior to upgrading. However, a block should be
added to the release upgrader to avoid and upgrade where that is not yet
complete. Adding tasks for the release notes and ubuntu-release-upgrader
to reflect that
