** Description changed:

+ [ Impact ]
+
+ Without the trigger, updates to this package which affect the initramfs,
+ do not take effect until the initramfs rebuild is manually (or
+ otherwise) triggered. In particular, another change (which ensures all
+ necessary modules for the wifi adapter are present in the initrd) relies
+ upon this change in order to take effect.
+
+ [ Test plan ]
+
+ See LP: #2169127 -- the test plan there covers this bug too.
+
+ [ Where things could go wrong ]
+
+ The change for this bug simply adds a trigger causing initramfs to be
+ rebuilt by whatever package is responsible for this (dracut by default,
+ or initramfs-tools -- both are activated by the update-initramfs dpkg
+ trigger). If this change is faulty, about the worst that can happen is
+ that the initramfs is *not* updated, which is simply the status quo.
+
+ The associated test plan (in LP: #2169127) ensures that the act of
+ upgrading the package *and nothing else* causes the initramfs to be
+ rebuilt, so this scenario should be covered.
+
+ [ Original description ]
+
Several things in ubuntu-raspi-settings now affect settings in dracut /
initramfs generation, so we need to trigger update-initramfs on
postinst. Oh, also we need to depend on linux-firmware-raspi as we're
referencing files in that package for the initrd.
