Meanwhile stonking ships util-linux 2.42.2-1ubuntu2 (release pocket, published
2026-09-25). I checked all 12 required upstream commits against the upstream
git tree:
- 11 of them land in the upstream v2.42 release.
- the 12th, e4e624530 ("lsmem: apply --sysroot prefix…"), was the pre-merge
hash;
it was rebased/merged to master as 2a5742403, which is also in v2.42.
- since 2.42.2 > 2.42, all 12 commits are present in stonking's package.
Hence I mark util-linux/stonking as Fix Released.
** Changed in: util-linux (Ubuntu Stonking)
Status: In Progress => Fix Released
