The armhf removal of the libdbd-* binaries also affects two packages
that build-depend on libdbd-sqlite3. Their new versions in stonking-
proposed are in Dependency wait on armhf and blocked from migrating:

- gnucash 1:5.16-2:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnucash/1:5.16-2/+build/33527923
- gammu 1.44.0-2:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gammu/1.44.0-2/+build/33498540

The armhf binaries currently in stonking (gnucash 1:5.14-1build1, gammu
1.42.0-11) were built before the libdbd-* removal and can no longer be
rebuilt.

Following what was done for python-gammu, please remove from stonking armhf:
- src:gnucash binaries: gnucash, python3-gnucash (no armhf reverse-dependencies)
- src:gammu binaries (reverse-depends -a armhf src:gammu shows only kalkun, via
gammu-smsd)

A scan of the other stonking-proposed excuses with missing armhf builds
found no further packages blocked by this issue. osmo-msc is already not
built on armhf.

Alternative, if we'd rather restore armhf: build-depend libdbi-drivers
on mariadb-server/mariadb-client on armhf instead of default-mysql-*,
which would bring back the libdbd-* drivers there.

** Changed in: gnucash (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Confirmed

** Changed in: gammu (Ubuntu)
