Public bug reported:

CPC's Stonking `arm64` livefs builds are failing now in `disk-image-
uefi.binary` when trying to copy the chroot into the root partition:

```
[...]
cp: [...] No space left on device
config/hooks/014-disk-image-uefi.binary failed (exit non-zero)
[...]
```

The hook creates a 3.5G disk and `arm64` reserves about 1G for the ESP
and boot partitions which leaves only around 2.5G for the root
partition. Unfortunately the current stonking chroot is now 2396 M and
live-build calculates that it would require 2756 M.

** Affects: livecd-rootfs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
