Update: build-dependencies on python3-tables also need handling on armhf
(reverse-depends -b -a armhf python3-tables).

Once python3-tables-lib is gone on armhf, python3-tables (arch:all)
can't be installed there. That doesn't matter for the arch:all-only
sources (dask, deepdish, pyinstaller-hooks-contrib, python-apptools,
python-ulmo, satpy, vitables) or for mdtraj, whose Architecture field
excludes armhf. These sources are built per architecture and would go
into Dependency wait on armhf on their next build:

- pandas 2.3.3+dfsg-3ubuntu1: python3-tables (>= 3.8.0~) [!s390x !hppa !powerpc
!ppc64 !sparc64 !hurd-any !alpha] <!nocheck> <!nodoc>
- dipy 1.12.1-5: python3-tables [!s390x] <!nocheck>
- sfepy 2026.1-1: python3-tables (unconditional)

Suggested fix for pandas and dipy: add !armhf to the existing
architecture qualifier on python3-tables, the same way s390x is already
excluded. The dependency is test-only (<!nocheck>). pandas already
carries an Ubuntu delta. sfepy needs either a conditional build-
dependency or its armhf binaries dropped (see above).

Debian has the same latent problem: its last armhf builds of pandas,
dipy and sfepy still installed python3-tables-lib armhf 3.11.1-3, which
has since been removed from unstable on armhf. This should be forwarded
to Debian.
