Public bug reported:

On two computers I saw dpkg failures in DKMS after installing update for
Linux kernel. It seems that 7.0.0-38 includes backports from newer
upstream that change API. To be exact, looking at:

// /usr/src/linux-headers-7.0.0-34-generic/include/net/udp_tunnel.h
…
 97 /* Setup the given (UDP) sock to receive UDP encapsulated packets */
 98 void setup_udp_tunnel_sock(struct net *net, struct socket *sock,
 99                            struct udp_tunnel_sock_cfg *sock_cfg);
…

// /usr/src/linux-headers-7.0.0-38-generic/include/net/udp_tunnel.h
…
 97 /* Setup the given (UDP) sock to receive UDP encapsulated packets */
 98 void setup_udp_tunnel_sock(struct net *net, struct sock *sk,
 99                            struct udp_tunnel_sock_cfg *sock_cfg);
…

Is that change intended? Probing for it requires writing additional ifs
on UTS_UBUNTU_RELEASE_ABI, as previous code I saw across AmneziaWG and
OpenVPN DCO had compatibility shims based on LINUX_VERSION_CODE check
for 7.1.5.
