Public bug reported:
ubuntucinnamon-environment depends on cinnamon-core, which as a result
installs desktop-base, and results in the /etc/skel/.face being set to
the debian logo.
(This bug is simply to track the updates)
Fix will be removing `cinnamon-core` from depends.
Now I *would* replace it with `cinnamon` but `cinnamon` recommends
`cinnamon-core`.
