I attempted to reproduce this issue using
DOCA_1.5.5_BSP_3.9.10_Ubuntu_20.04-5.25-06-LTS.prod.bfb (which includes
the 5.4.0-1105-bluefield kernel) and was unable to reproduce the bug.
