When loupe is launched via DBus-Activation, its window is lacking a
titlebar.
The most minimal reproducer:
$ busctl call --user org.gnome.Loupe /org/gnome/Loupe
org.freedesktop.Application Activate "a{sv}" 0
Addressing the following denials (caught in complain mode) solve the issue:
