Just FYI -- livecd-rootfs changes are generally proposed against the "upstream" project on launchpad (https://launchpad.net/livecd-rootfs), merged there then released, so the git-ubuntu repo is just a reflection of what's in the archive, but the actual development is done in the "upstream" repo.
