Thanks Timo. I completed SRU verification for Jammy/Yoga:
Test environment:
- Charmed OpenStack Jammy/Yoga
- Two nova-compute hosts using QEMU and QCOW2
- VFAT as the default ephemeral disk format
My original report reproduced the bug with Nova 3:25.2.1-0ubuntu2.11. I
then installed Nova 3:25.2.1-0ubuntu2.12 from jammy-proposed and
repeated the same live migration test:

The live migration completed successfully. On the destination host, Nova
created the ephemeral backing file using the short filesystem label:
