cancel-RegisterApplication-calls-when-adapter-goes-away.patch:
cherry-pick upstream fixes so that WirePlumber no longer aborts
(use-after-free in the bluez5 SPA plugin) when a Bluetooth adapter
is removed while RegisterApplication() calls are pending (LP:
#2160089)
