spirv-tools (2026.3~rc1-1ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* Fix validator regressions causing autopkgtest failures in
spirv-llvm-translator-{17,18,19,20,22} (LP: #2168911):
- Fix OpLifetimeStart/OpLifetimeStop validation with untyped pointers
(SPV_KHR_untyped_pointers).
- Allow FPRoundingMode on arithmetic operations and integer conversions
in OpenCL kernels, and permit OpFDiv under Kernel capability.
- Allow OpSpecConstantOp operands within OpConstantComposite for global
constant initializers.
- Allow pointer type conversions in OpSpecConstantOp PtrCastToGeneric.
- Tolerate DebugInfoNone and optional Flags in
NonSemantic.Shader.DebugInfo.200.
- Allow Line Start 0 and OpString sources in DebugLine.
- Fix out-of-bounds crash in InspectDebugLine when source is OpString.
