a lot happened since. But we just pushed rocr-runtime and rocm-hipamd
with arm64 and ppc64el builds to the archive. But there is this LLVM
chase happening on ROCm side which is not cleared unfortunately yet.

There is an active discussion happening on debian-ai mailing list with
folks from AMD also there to discuss the future of ROCm. Would you like
to be involved @doko , I can loop you in if you dont have mailing list
handy?
