  * Strip Ubuntu-specific build flags for flang and lfortran (LP: #2169678):
    - dhfortran/compilers.py: add -fdebug-prefix-map%, 
-mno-omit-leaf-frame-pointer,
      -fno-omit-frame-pointer, -flto%, and -ffat-lto-objects to FCFLAGS strip
      lists for flang* and lfortran, and -flto%, -ffat-lto-objects to LDFLAGS.
    - dhfortran/tests/compilers.py: add regression test verifying flag stripping
      for flang and lfortran.
