I attached debdiff streamripper_1.64.6-4ubuntu1.debdiff for stonking. Root cause: Packaging in 1.64.6-4 disabled autoreconf (--without=autoreconf). The bundled install-sh in orig tarball has 0664 permissions. During 'make install', ./install-sh execution fails with Permission denied (exit code 126).
Fix: Make install-sh executable in override_dh_auto_configure before running configure. Verification: - Clean build in stonking container succeeded (exit code 0). - Binary packages streamripper_1.64.6-4ubuntu1_amd64.deb and streamripper-dbgsym built successfully. - Pre-flight debdiff dry-run applied cleanly against pristine 1.64.6-4 sources. ** Patch added: "streamripper 1.64.6-4ubuntu1 debdiff for stonking" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2169828/+attachment/6006773/+files/streamripper_1.64.6-4ubuntu1.debdiff -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2169828 Title: streamripper 1.64.6-4 FTBFS: ./install-sh: Permission denied during make install To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/streamripper/+bug/2169828/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
