This bug was fixed in the package rocm-hipamd - 10.0-0ubuntu2
---------------
rocm-hipamd (10.0-0ubuntu2) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/control: add arm64 and ppc64el with system llvm (LP: #2169297)
* d/p/0031: add shim redefining __builtin_amdgcn_is_invocable in terms of
__has_builtin so HIP amd_detail headers parse under upstream clang-22 on
arm64/ppc64el.
* d/rules: pass -DLLVM_ROOT=/usr/lib/llvm-22 on arm64/ppc64el so hiprtc's
find_program(llvm-mc ...) picks up stock llvm-22 instead of resolving to
llvm-mc-NOTFOUND
* d/p/0032: probe amd_comgr for AMD_COMGR_ACTION_COMPILE_SOURCE_TO_SPIRV at
configure time and gate the sole reference in hip_comgr_helper.cpp so builds
against the stock Debian libamd-comgr-dev (interface 3.0) on arm64/ppc64el
no longer fail with an undeclared-enum error.
