Hmm, I take it you were running Ubuntu 25.10, and then upgraded to 26.04 and that landed you on the 7.0.0-34 kernel - was that when the flickering started? If so, that 25.10 -> 26.04 upgrade probably came with a lot of package upgrades, not just the kernel, so there are many possible causes. You could try installing the 26.04 release kernel: 7.0.0-14. If we're lucky and that works, then you can work your way up the released versions until you find the kernel version that breaks it. If not, then it's a bit harder to narrow down.
