      + debian/bin/merge-copyright script with license deduplication
      + debian/copyright.header template, auto-generated copyright
      + d/README.copyright documents the workflow
      + DEP-5 compliant: MIT->Expat, Apache-2.0->Apache-2
    - d/rules: avoid dh_cleaning vendored sources, add copyright target
    - d/rules: vendor target uses dh-cargo-vendored-sources
      --output-expected, no longer fails when the field is unchanged
    - d/rules: vendor target removes its throwaway source package
    - Add autopkgtests
    - Verbose logging in tests
    - d/s/lintian-overrides: add overrides
    - d/rules: resolve cargo warning spam
  * Drop explicit shlibs/misc Depends, implied by debhelper compat 14.
  * d/p/relax-glycin-rebind.patch: drop, upstream Cargo.lock pins
    libglycin-rebind 0.1.0 and it is vendored.
  * d/rules: drop stray '$ ' prompt from the vendor target.
  * d/bin: fix copyright fragment generation, regenerate d/copyright.
  * d/salsa-ci.yml: revert to Debian, CI is disabled on the Ubuntu repo.
