Public bug reported:
On systems that have headless PCI topology, in passthrough
virtualization mode, atomics operations support is not appropriately
evaluated. This is a regression from commit:
1ae8c4ce1570 ("PCI: Enable AtomicOps only if Root Port supports them")
Fix for it is already commit and approved:
commit 40cce45b921f7930886bcba43069edc579725457 - PCI: Accept AtomicOps
already enabled by the hypervisor
Patch is already in some stable queues.
The ask is to make sure that fix is ported to latest LTS 6.8 kernel.
