Glad to be of help Charles! Based on what I can see here, I would wait with restarting as initramfs-tools configures your startup system.
Did you run `sudo dpkg --configure -a`? Since your upgrade previously failed on libc6:i386, I would try this and reattempt the apt upgrade: $ sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 $ sudo apt update $ sudo apt install --reinstall libc6:i386 This *should* create /lib32 for you. Then, run a `sudo apt full-upgrade` to make sure everything is upgraded, only once that looks good would I attempt a reboot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2169730 Title: Continuations of 2169557 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/2169730/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
