Public bug reported:

cat .config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css
window {
    border: 3px solid red;
    border-radius: 8px;
}

This causes unwanted top and left border lines to be drawn on the
background window.

Ubuntu 26.04 did not do this and I do not want these border lines on the
background window.

I only expect these borders to be drawn on application windows. The
specified border width is exaggerated to emphasize this bug.

Screenshot is attached.
