Please remove the following source packages from stonking-proposed:
- litestar-htmx 0.5.0-1
- litestar 2.24.0-1
- python-polyfactory 3.3.0-1
- python-auto-pytabs 0.4.0-3
They form a dependency chain that ends at ruff, which was removed from
stonking on 2026-10-03 ("FTBFS, removed from release, needs new crates
to build, for next cycle"):
- litestar-htmx 0.5.0-1: dependency wait on python3-auto-pytabs,
python3-litestar
- litestar 2.24.0-1: dependency wait on python3-polyfactory
- python-polyfactory 3.3.0-1: dependency wait on python3-auto-pytabs
- python-auto-pytabs 0.4.0-3: dependency wait on python3-ruff
ruff can't be avoided: auto-pytabs runs the ruff binary to rewrite code
examples, and Debian's python3-auto-pytabs Depends on python3-ruff.
Impact: none of litestar, polyfactory or auto-pytabs is in the resolute
or stonking release pockets. litestar-htmx 0.4.1-1 stays in the stonking
release pocket; it only depends on python3 and has no reverse
dependencies. The removal only affects -proposed.
No blocklist needed: all four should sync again from Debian once ruff is
back next cycle (Debian's auto-pytabs 0.4.0-4 also adds support for
newer ruff versions).
