Agreed. A correction that my earlier gdm3 guess was wrong. Bus reuse is fine, restart-dbus kills it.
g-r-d handover unit lacks PartOf=graphical-session.target. Outlives its session, only restart-dbus reaps it. That might/should be part of the fix here in my opinion (r.e.
