For the resolute part - judging from the changelog that got rejected (http://launchpadlibrarian.net/880189033/fwupd_2.1.1-1ubuntu3.1_2.1.6-3ubuntu3~resolute1.diff.gz) it looks like you already included my patch. Is this correct or do you need anything from my side? Sorry about missing the pending things.
