ectrans (1.8.0-3ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* Only enable the HIP/ROCm backend on amd64, the ROCm libraries are not
built on arm64 in Ubuntu so the arm64 build was in dependency wait
(lp: #2170252)
- debian/control: restrict the ROCm Build-Depends to amd64
- debian/rules: set ARCH_HIP to amd64 only
