Public bug reported:
Upgraded from 24.04 to 26.04. The default Linux 7.0 kernel causes a
total black screen immediately following LUKS decryption on a Lenovo
V145-15ST (AMD Stoney Ridge APU, Radeon R3/R4/R5 graphics). Forcing a
fallback to the leftover 24.04 kernel (6.8.0-142) completely bypasses
the black screen and restores normal desktop acceleration.
