Public bug reported:

Hardware (from dmidecode)
- Manufacturer: ASUSTeK / ASUS
- Product name: Vivobook 15 M1502XA
- Version: 1.0
- Baseboard product name: M1502XA
- BIOS: M1502XA.302, 06/02/2026 (latest available from ASUS)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS, 16 GB RAM
- OS: Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS

Problem
The built-in keyboard does not work at all once Linux boots (nothing at
the login screen or anywhere else). It works normally in the UEFI setup
and in the GRUB menu. An external USB keyboard works fine.

Kernels tested (all affected)
- 7.2.6-070206-generic (mainline)
- 7.0.0-38 and 7.0.0-30 (Ubuntu)

Relevant journal/dmesg lines
atkbd serio0: Failed to deactivate keyboard on isa0060/serio0
atkbd serio0: Failed to enable keyboard on isa0060/serio0
  ACPI: INT_SRC_OVR (bus 0 bus_irq 1 global_irq 1 low edge)

The firmware declares keyboard IRQ 1 as low/edge. The same pattern was
fixed for other ASUS Vivobook models through DMI quirks in
drivers/acpi/resource.c (e.g. LP: #1992266: "Skip IRQ override on Asus
Vivobook K3402ZA/K3502ZA" and "Add ASUS model S5402ZA to quirks").
I could not find M1502XA in that quirk table.

Already tried (no effect)
- Boot parameters, confirmed in /proc/cmdline:
  i8042.nopnp i8042.dumbkbd i8042.direct
  (also pnpacpi=1 earlier)
- Several kernels (listed above)
- Latest ASUS BIOS

Request
Please add a DMI match for board name "M1502XA" to the IRQ1 override
quirk so the internal keyboard works. I'm happy to test patched kernels.
