Attached debdiff for xfaces 3.3-30.3ubuntu1 in stonking.

GCC 15 defaults to C23, where empty argument list f() in K&R declaration of
regerror() / regsub() in regexp.h means f(void). This conflicts with prototypes
in faces.h.
Added 'export DEB_CFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND = -std=gnu17' to debian/rules to build
the codebase in GNU17 mode.

Verification:
- Clean build in Ubuntu 26.10 (stonking) container with GCC 15.
- debdiff dry-run applies cleanly with 0 fuzz and 0 rejects.
