Attached debdiff for reglookup 1.0.1+svn296-2ubuntu1 in stonking.

In SConstruct, debian/patches/fix-install.patch prepended '-fPIE -pie' to the
global LINKFLAGS. Under Ubuntu default LTO (-flto=auto), the linker generates
non-PIC code for libregfi.so, causing relocation R_X86_64_PC32 failure at link
time.
Dropped hardcoded '-fPIE -pie' from linkflags in fix-install.patch so LDFLAGS
is passed cleanly. Executables remain PIE via default toolchain configuration,
while the shared library links cleanly.

Verification:
- Clean build in Ubuntu 26.10 (stonking) container with LTO enabled.
- All binaries (reglookup, libregfi.so) built and verified.
- debdiff dry-run applies cleanly with 0 fuzz and 0 rejects.
