dipy (1.12.1-5ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/control: don't build-depend on python3-tables on armhf. It is no
longer installable there since c-blosc2 became 64-bit only
(LP: #2169351). It is only used by tests, which are skipped when
it is unavailable, as on s390x.
