Public bug reported:

intel-vc-intrinsics 0.25.0-1 has been in stonking-proposed for ~137 days
and has never built. It isn't in stonking release.

All builds are in dependency wait on llvm-14-dev, which is no longer in
Ubuntu. It was already removed from resolute for the same reason ("LLVM
14, LP: #2141701"); the new Debian upload came back into proposed
afterwards.

Debian: only in unstable (source only, no binaries), not in testing or trixie.
RC bug:
#1070422 src:intel-vc-intrinsics: unsatisfied build dependency in testing:
llvm-14-dev (open since 2024-05)
Its main user, intel-graphics-compiler, is also stuck in Debian unstable.

Upstream (https://github.com/intel/vc-intrinsics) is very active
(v0.26.0, 2026-10-08) and supports newer LLVM; the Debian packaging is
what's pinned to LLVM 14.

Nothing in stonking depends on it. Please remove intel-vc-intrinsics
from stonking-proposed; it can come back via sync once Debian moves it
to a current LLVM.

** Affects: intel-vc-intrinsics (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
