Public bug reported:

psortb 3.0.6+dfsg-5build1 has been in stonking-proposed for ~52 days. It
isn't in stonking release.

- amd64/amd64v3: built, but uninstallable: depends on libbio-perl-run-perl,
which isn't in stonking (bioperl-run removal requested in LP: #2170466).
- other architectures: dependency wait on pftools, which stonking only builds
for amd64 (Debian ships psortb on amd64 only too).

It was already removed from plucky for the same reason ("Depends on
libbio-perl-run-perl which has been deleted from plucky").

Debian: trixie has 3.0.6+dfsg-4, unstable has -5 (amd64 only), removed
from testing; migration blocked behind bioperl-run. No bugs.

Upstream (Brinkman lab) is dormant; no new release in years.

Nothing in stonking depends on it. Please remove psortb from stonking-
proposed; it can come back via sync once bioperl-run is back.
