Public bug reported:

rust-blosc2-rs 0.4.0-1 has been in stonking-proposed for ~136 days. It
has never been in an Ubuntu release.

librust-blosc2-rs-dev is uninstallable: it depends on
librust-blosc2-sys-0.4+regenerate-bindings-dev, which rust-blosc2-sys
0.4.0+dfsg-1 doesn't provide. Debian's rust-blosc2-sys drops the
"regenerate-bindings" feature (debian/patches/drop-static), but blosc2-rs still
declares
  regenerate-bindings = ["blosc2-sys/regenerate-bindings"]
in its Cargo.toml, so debcargo generates a dependency that can never be
satisfied. (armhf/s390x are also in dependency wait.)

Debian: same problem, only in unstable, uninstallable on all
architectures, never in testing. No bug filed yet; a report with a patch
for rust-blosc2-rs is being sent to Debian.

Upstream (crates.io blosc2-rs) is quiet: 0.4.0 (2025-01) is the latest.

Nothing in stonking depends on it. Please remove rust-blosc2-rs from
stonking-proposed; it can come back via sync once Debian fixes the
feature mismatch.
