The header of section 8.1, "Pasting in commands", is hard to understand.
Should be: "Pasting commands"
Reason: "to paste" is a transitive verb and "to paste in" is not commonly used
as a phrasal verb,
therefore the intuitive interpretation is that the section describes pasting
something in commands, which is hard to understand and misses the point.
